HOW DOES THE PURCHASE WORK?
- Choose the type of clothing you are looking for (for example, T-shirts). Select a product and add it to the cart.
- You can proceed to checkout or continue shopping.
- You do not need to register as a user to complete the purchase.
- You can choose to register as a user at the end of the purchase process. It is very simple, will only take a few minutes, and will make future purchases easier.
- If you would like to register as a user, enter your details in the form and click continue.
- Choose the shipping method: in-store pickup or standard delivery.
- Review the delivery address and click continue.
- Select the payment method. If you choose Bizum or credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment platform. Enter your account or card details and click continue.
- You will receive an email confirming your order.
- Once the payment has been confirmed, we will send the product using the selected shipping method.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
The shipping cost will depend on the size of the order and the delivery address.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
- Delivery time is between 6 and 8 business days (provided there are no stock shortages).
- If a product is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as it is back in stock.
- Estimated delivery time for mainland is 6 to 8 days; delivery to islands or other destinarions may vary depending on the distance.
- Delivery times may vary due to transport issues, weather conditions, or force majeure.
WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
At the address you choose: workplace, home, etc. The delivery service will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time slot.
WHERE CAN I BUY FROM?
You can place an order from anywhere in the world. Currently, we offer shipping to throughout Europe.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVE IS NOT CORRECT?
- If this happens, please contact us (633 65 24 48 or tienda.esn-spain@arpuba.cat), and we will proceed with a refund or replacement of the incorrect item if necessary.
- Returns of materials will be accepted within a maximum period of 5 calendar days.
- If the garment or the product manufacturing has a defect, the company will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to reasons unrelated to the product (size changes, colors, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
